Antara Noida Phase 1 or Swaraj Homes? Confused!
My parents keep saying go for ready-to-move, like Antara Noida Phase 1. OC mil gaya hai, so that's tension-free. But the price! Swaraj Homes Bharat Petroleum Apartment looks much cheaper per sqft, but under construction hai. Honestly not sure if the risk is worth it for a first property. Carpet area actually kitna milta hai? Anyone booked in Swaraj Homes? Is it worth the wait and possible delay? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Please suggest!

Totally relate yaar! Mere parents bhi Antara ke peeche pade hain, bolte hain ready-to-move lo, tension free. Par jab budget dekhta hoon toh aankhein bahar aa jaati hain. Swaraj Homes ka price point toh kaafi tempting lag raha hai, but wohi under construction ka darr hai. Meri bhi same situation hai, samajh nahi aa raha kya karein.
