Antriksh Golf City Phase II amenities are just for show

Antriksh Golf City Phase II – I've been eyeing this for my own family, not just for clients. As someone in real estate, I know what builders don't tell you. Initial visits par sab kuch theek lagta hai, but daily life mein kitna practical hai? I rejected a couple of other projects because of super area vs carpet area games, but Golf City ka layout kaafi decent laga. My main concern is, are the amenities actually useful, ya bas brochure pe achhe lagte hain? Pool, gym, clubhouse... kitne log use karte hain? Aur maintenance charges kya hain monthly? Not sure if the premium for those amenities is worth it agar koi use hi na kare. Off the record, what's the real vibe there? Is it genuinely a good home, ya bas ek investment option?
