Antriksh Golf Link Phase 2 residents, real talk on amenities?

Moved into Antriksh Golf Link Phase 2 just last month, and honestly, I'm already seeing some things nobody told me during site visits. Brochure mein toh sab amenities kaafi grand lagte hain, but actual use mein kitna useful hai? Like, swimming pool ki maintenance kaisi hai? I'm finding the kids play area a bit small, not sure if it's really maintained well post-possession. Also, my 2BHK ka layout theek hai, but carpet area feels a bit less efficient than I thought. Daily life mein noise levels ka kya scene hai? Road noise ya construction ki awaaz? Society ka vibe bhi batao, friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain?
