Guys, I'm confused between Antriksh Golf Link and Prateek Laurel in Noida. Antriksh is ready to move, which is a plus. But Prateek Laurel ka price range is quite wide. What do you think about the location of both? Which one has better connectivity to the metro? Kya kisi ko Prateek Laurel mein hidden charges ka idea hai? Also, what about the construction quality? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? I'm looking for investment potential, so which one would give better ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye. What's your take on amenities offered by both?
