Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much post-possession issues affect long-term value. Just got possession of my unit at The Antriksh Golf View I, Noida Extension, last month. Builder ne toh sab theek dikhaya tha, but abhi walls pe hairline cracks dikh rahe hain, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose feel ho rahe hain. Not sure if yeh normal hai ya future mein maintenance ka headache banega. Will this affect resale value and tenant attraction? Power backup bhi sirf common areas ka hai, flat mein inverter lagana padega. Is this common for projects here?

Yaar, Antriksh Golf View I ka toh naam suna tha. Didn't they get possession in 2018-09-12? Itna delay, aur ab quality issues? This is why RERA number UPRERAPRJ10343 is important. Maine dekha tha inka track record kuch khaas nahi tha.
