Honestly, the construction quality in Noida Extension is a massive gamble for investors. I'm looking at The Antriksh Golf View I, fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. But yaar, friends say initial construction issues like cracks and seepage pop up within a year. This means higher future maintenance costs, right? And what about tenant attraction? Will people pay good rent if the building starts showing wear quickly? Plus, these high maintenance charges. Is it even worth the EMI if we constantly shell out for repairs? Any experience with this in Noida Extension?

Totally agree with the post! Noida Extension mein quality ka issue hai. I've heard similar things about other projects too, especially the ones that came up quickly. Antriksh Golf View I ka naam sunke thoda doubt toh aata hai. Kya builders sirf numbers pe focus karte hain, quality pe nahi?
Haan bhai, same pinch! Mera bhi yahi darr hai. EMI bharein ya repairs karwate rahein, samajh nahi aata.
