Okay I'll say what no one says about Antriksh Golf View I. Everyone glorifies the brochures, but what about the actual construction quality a year later? We need a 3BHK for our kids, and my wife's worried about cracks, seepage. Are other residents seeing these issues too? Matlab, the children's play area looks good on paper, but is it genuinely safe and usable daily? Or just a ticked-off box for OC? We need a family home, not just an investment. Change my mind.

Totally agree with this post! My husband and I are also looking at 3BHKs in the Noida Extension area, and Antriksh Golf View I was on our list. The brochures are indeed very glossy, but I've heard whispers about post-possession issues. Are these just rumours or actual problems? Meri saas ko seepage se bahut darr lagta hai, aur humein quality pe compromise nahi karna.
