Antriksh Golf View I mein water supply ka kya scene hai, logon? Kids have moved out, so looking for a manageable flat. Daily pani ki tension nahi chahiye. Tanker dependency kitni hai? Aur overall society maintenance charges ke against service theek hai kya? Important for an older couple like us.

Antriksh Golf View I? Bhai, inka toh track record hi kharab hai. Possession ke time pe bahut issues the, 2018-09-12 deadline thi na, but bahut logon ko late mila. Pani ki problem toh chodo, construction quality bhi doubtful hai.
Totally agree with U2! My cousin booked a flat with them in Alpha I Greater Noida, near Ajayabpur, and the RERA number UPRERAPRJ10343 ke baad bhi possession 2 saal late mila. Pani ki problem toh baad ki baat hai, pehle builder se ladna padta hai. Be very careful, especially for an older couple.
