Ansal Carnation Garden is cheaper, but Antriksh Grand View's carpet area seems way better. OC mil gaya hai, so no risk. Grand View's resale value bhi achi hogi, I think. Thoughts?

Ansal Carnation Garden ke 240 units hain. It's a big society, toh amenities bhi honge aur community life bhi achi hogi. Price ke hisaab se theek lagta hai.
