Antriksh Green vs S & U Golden Nest: Which is better?
Guys, I'm confused between The Antriksh Green and S & U Golden Nest in Noida. Antriksh Green ka price toh kaafi zyada hai. Is it worth the extra cost considering the amenities? S & U Golden Nest is ready to move, which is a plus. Location wise, which one has better connectivity to the metro? Kya kisi ne dono projects mein visit kiya hai? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one would you recommend for investment? What's your take on ROI for both?

Investment ke liye, ROI dekhna hai toh Antriksh Green ka capital appreciation already ho chuka hoga since it's from 2012. S & U Golden Nest, being ready-to-move now, might have more room for growth in the next few years, especially with current market conditions favoring new, well-connected projects. Noida mein real estate abhi bhi promising hai, but entry point matters.
Metro connectivity is super important for me. My office is in Delhi. Which of these two is closer to a functional metro station? Aur kya wahan se last mile connectivity ka issue toh nahi hai? Like auto-rickshaw ya e-rickshaw easily mil jaate hain?
Haan U4, metro ke liye S & U Golden Nest ka location better hai. I've seen autos and e-rickshaws easily available there. Antriksh Green is a bit of a walk or short auto ride from the nearest metro. So if metro is your priority, S&U wins.
U4, S & U Golden Nest, especially if it's closer to Alpha-II metro station, would be better. Auto connectivity is usually good around commercial hubs. Antriksh Green is a bit further inside, so last mile might be a small issue, but not major.
I visited Antriksh Green last month. Amenities are good, no doubt. Swimming pool, clubhouse, good security. But the flats felt a bit dated, maybe because it's from 2012. S & U Golden Nest I haven't visited yet, but ready-to-move ka appeal toh hai. Metro connectivity for Antriksh Green is decent, but S & U Golden Nest near Alpha I Greater Noida might be slightly better, depending on the exact tower.
Dated feel is a big red flag for me. Renovation costs add up quickly. If S & U Golden Nest is basic but new, it might be a better canvas. And yes, Alpha I Greater Noida area has excellent metro access.
U3, you mentioned Antriksh Green felt dated. That's a concern for me too. Investment ke hisaab se, kya older properties appreciate utna nahi karti? Especially with so many new projects coming up in Noida.
Antriksh Green ka price sunke hi darr lag raha hai. Kya sach mein uski amenities itni high-end hain ki itna justify ho? Mujhe toh lagta hai S & U Golden Nest, being ready-to-move, is a safer bet. No hidden construction delays, no RERA issues. Metro connectivity bhi dekhna padega.

Antriksh Green is actually a completed project, possession was given in 2012 itself. So no worries about delays there. But the price range of ₹1.9 Cr – ₹6.4 Cr for 150 units is definitely premium. S & U Golden Nest is newer, that's why it's ready-to-move now.
Antriksh Green ka price dekh ke toh mera budget hil gaya bhai. Ready-to-move waala option hamesha better lagta hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. S & U Golden Nest mein kya amenities hain, pata hai kisi ko?
