Antriksh Group ki construction quality pe koi feedback? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya villa, maybe Antriksh Nature or Golf City mein. Price jump kaafi hai, toh I'm wondering if the premium sach mein justified hai. Brochure mein toh sab acha lagta hai, but real mein after possession, plaster cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? Ya finishing kaisi rehti hai? Hidden charges like PLC, EDC, ya maintenance deposits ka kya scene hai? Already home loan chal raha hai, so I can't afford any surprises at possession time. Aur jo amenities promise karte hain, like clubhouses ya sports facilities, wo actually deliver hoti hain ya bas brochure pe hi rehti hain? Any past buyer experiences with these projects in Greater Noida would be super helpful. Kya yeh builders end-users ke liye sahi hain?
