Bhai, you're right to be worried. Antriksh ka delivery record mixed bag hai, especially for their older projects. Mera ek friend Antriksh Golf View mein phasa tha, 2 saal late possession mila tha, aur fit-out quality bhi avg thi. The Antriksh Nature though is already completed, but still, track record matters for future projects and maintenance.
