Noida Extension – it's where my EMI vs rent math finally makes sense. Fed up of renting, I'm looking at Antriksh Nature or Golf City. Heard some mixed things about their customer support post-booking. Do they ghost you or actually help? Also, what's the resale value like after 5 years? Not sure if those projects hold up well for long-term appreciation compared to others in Greater Noida.
