Ek honest tip deta hoon from my own blunder. Never rely on the glossy brochure dimensions. Har site visit pe ek standard measuring tape leke jao aur master bedroom ki actual wall-to-wall width measure karo. I was shocked to find an 'executive 2BHK' bedroom that couldn't even fit a standard king bed without blocking the wardrobe door. Uske baad se I don't look at super area at all, pure carpet area per sqft calculate karta hoon.
If you can stretch slightly toward Airport Road (Gurgaon side), options better hain ya wahan bhi same 600 sqft box mil raha hai? Anyone scouted that belt recently?

Even towards Badshahpur interior roads, builders are asking 1.1Cr for cramped 2BHK floors with questionable parking setups. Pure city ka yahi haal hai abhi.
