Been looking for 6 months now. What's the real deal with negotiation on new builds in Bengaluru? Hidden charges are killing me. Any actual tips to reduce final price, especially with SLV Developers?

Yaar, SLV Developers ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Hidden charges toh inka USP hai. Main bhi Akshayanagar mein ek project dekh raha tha, final price itna inflate ho gaya ki budget out ho gaya. Koi real tip hai kya negotiation ki? Builders toh sunte hi nahi.
