Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now I'm stressing about actual costs. Looking at a 3BHK around Dwarka Expressway, maybe SS Group or similar. Builders always quote super area, which feels like a huge trap. How much more is carpet area usually? Also, are floor-rise premiums and PLC charges really worth it? Someone told me about hidden charges after possession too. Don't want any surprises when it's time to move in. Any first-hand experiences, especially with societies near MG Road, would be super helpful.

Bhai, exactly my situation! Dwarka Expressway pe main bhi dekh raha hoon. SS Group ka ek project pasand aaya hai but super area sunke darr lag raha hai. Kitna difference expect karna chahiye between super and carpet area? Is it usually 30-35% like some say, ya aur zyada?
