Possession was just 3 months ago for my 3BHK in Sector 35 from Goyal Estate Agency. Paid ₹1.1 Cr, but broker ne bola tha 10% off mil jayega. Final deal mein hardly 2% mila. Kya Faridabad mein broker ke through deal karna sahi hai? Ya direct builder se better negotiation hoti hai? Anyone with better experience?

Bhai, ye toh common scam hai brokers ka. Mujhse bhi bola tha 5% dilayega, mila 1% bhi nahi. They just want to close the deal, doesn't matter what they promise. You're not alone in this frustration.
Totally agree, U1. My friend faced the same in Sector 81. They always overpromise and underdeliver. Direct deal mein bhi pressure hota hai but at least you know who you're dealing with. Plus, the paperwork handling and hidden charges
