Okay, I'm just so frustrated with how property prices are quoted here. My kids have moved out, we're selling our big house, and just want a manageable 2BHK. Looked at SRK Homes near Ganga Nagar, they quoted ₹1.2 Cr. But then suddenly there's PLC, reserved parking, and some 'internal connection' charge popping up. Not to mention stamp duty and registration. It feels like they hide so much until you're deep into it. Did anyone else get surprised by these hidden charges? How much did your 'all-in' cost actually jump in Bengaluru?

Totally felt this! Builders always do this. My initial quote for a 2BHK in Aavalahalli was ₹90L, but ended up paying almost ₹1.1 Cr with all these 'extra' charges like clubhouse, amenity, and even a 'view' charge. It's a scam, honestly. How much did your final price jump from the initial quote?
