Was buying pre-launch on Golf Course Extension Road actually a good deal, ya phir I got caught in the hype? Just moved into my 3BHK in an M3M project last month, possession was in March. Jab liya tha, price difference bahut sahi lag raha tha compared to ready-to-move projects. Sab bol rahe the early bird discount hai. Ab lag raha hai maintenance charges aur hidden costs add karke, the actual savings aren't that huge, you know? Plus, parking PLC alag se thi. Soch raha hoon, was it really worth the wait and the uncertainty of an under-construction project? Anyone else regret buying pre-launch in Gurgaon, especially near Dwarka Expressway or Sector 65? Or is it still a smart move in the long run for appreciation?

Exactly! Humne bhi Sector 65 mein ek project dekha tha pre-launch. Price toh attractive tha, but jab builder ne possession date do baar extend ki, aur phir interiors ke liye extra charges, toh pura budget hil gaya. Ab lagta hai ready-to-move hi le lena chahiye tha.
Yaar, totally relate! Mereko bhi same feeling aa rahi hai. Socha tha smart investment hai, but ab lagta hai bas trap ho gaye.
