What's the actual on-time delivery track record for Prakash Associates, especially Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Baner, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Is their initial construction quality generally solid, or are there common issues? Also, how responsive is their customer support post-booking? Trying to gauge if the upgrade is worth it for the price.

Bhai, Prakash Associates ka naam toh pehli baar sun raha hoon. When you say 'Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F', are you sure about the builder? I quickly checked on RERA website for Pune projects under 'Prakash Associates', and it shows 'Total Projects: 0'. This is a huge red flag, especially for a first-time buyer like us. How can we trust a builder with zero completed projects for something as big as a 3BHK upgrade? Delivery track record ya construction quality ka pata kaise chalega agar kuch banaya hi nahi hai?
