Anyone living in Mass Build Well Livin' Life, please share?
Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing properties in Ghaziabad, and Mass Build Well Livin' Life keeps popping up. It's completed, which is a big plus. The price (₹39-48L) fits my first home budget. But I'm honestly not sure about the actual living experience. Brochures dikhate hain amazing amenities, but are they really functional? Matlab, clubhouse, gym, pool useable hain ya bas show-off? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly place hai ya isolated? Any residents, please share honest feedback.

Bhai, honest feedback chahiye toh suno – Mass Build Well ka track record utna accha nahi hai. Livin' Life toh completed hai, which is good. But unke pichle projects mein bahut delays aur quality issues suni hain. Amenities dikhane mein toh sab aage hote hain, asliyat mein maintenance aur functionality ka issue rehta hai. Ghaziabad mein kaafi builders aise hi karte hain. Just be very careful with the paperwork.
