Possession March 2024, but Apex Acacia Valley mein abhi bhi kuch issues lag rahe hain. Society ka finish quality utna achha nahi mila, especially common areas. My 3BHK ka carpet area bhi thoda kam laga, as per brochure it was different. Kids play area bhi abhi tak pura nahi bana. Kya aur logon ko bhi aisa feel hua? Daily life mein thodi problem ho rahi hai.

Finish quality aur carpet area ki toh problem hai hi, but daily life mein kya specific issues aa rahe hain? Maintenance, security, electricity backup, water supply? Kuch detail mein bata sakte ho?
Totally agree with U9 and U10. Mera experience bhi similar hai. Kids play area, jiska original post mein mention hai, woh bas naam ka hai. Equipment rusted hain, aur ground uneven hai. Security bhi lax hai. I booked a 3BHK here thinking it was a good deal, but now regretting it. Common areas ki lighting bhi bahut poor hai.
Exactly! Lifts ka toh haal kharab hai. Aur water pressure bhi bahut low rehta hai.
U5, yes! Maintenance charges bahut high hain but services zero. Lifts frequently break down. Society office mein koi sunta hi nahi hai.
Same here. Ghaziabad mein, especially around Abhay Khand, builders ko quality pe focus karna chahiye, na ki cut corners. Market thoda slow hai.
Bhai, ye toh common story hai ab. Maine bhi ek project mein book kiya tha Noida mein, builder ne brochure mein kuch aur dikhaya, deliver kuch aur kiya. RERA mein complaint bhi ki thi, but progress slow hai. Always check the RERA documents thoroughly and visit the site multiple times. ₹45 L – ₹2.0 Cr ka price range hai, ismein toh better quality expect karte hain.
Wait, original post mein March 2024 possession likha hai? But official records toh 2012-07-01 ka possession dikhate hain. Kya confusion hai? Koi clarify kar sakta hai?

U2, March 2024 might be for a specific tower handover after interior work, ya fir resale transaction date. Project ka completion certificate 2012 ka hi hai. Jo main post mein March 2024 likha hai, woh shayad user ka personal experience ka time frame hai.
Totally agree! Apex Acacia Valley mein quality kaafi compromise ki hai. Common areas toh dekh ke lagta hi nahi ki naya project hai.
