Apex Acacia Valley: Remote possession worries

Since last year I've been tracking Apex Acacia Valley in Ghaziabad. I'm based in Dubai and can't do site inspections myself. For those who've taken possession there, how bad were the actual delays compared to what was promised? Also, did the builder keep you informed properly during these delays? It's tough to manage remotely, so communication is key.
