OMG, I thought it was just me! I visited Apex Acacia Valley a few months ago, and the actual site gym looked like a broom closet compared to the brochure. And the 3BHK I saw felt so cramped, not at all like the spaciousness they showed in renders. Is this standard practice now, or is Apex Buildcon particularly bad?
Same here. My friend bought a 2BHK there in 2012, around the possession time, and he mentioned the same issues. The green areas were also not fully developed as promised. It's a common trick to lure first-time buyers with fancy pictures.
Totally agree! Builders ka yeh drama common ho gaya hai. Renders are always misleading, especially for amenities. It's a big disappointment.
