Since last year, I've been eyeing Apex Aura. But for ₹78L+ for a 3BHK, is the daily livability actually good? Everyone glorifies amenities, par kitne useful hain? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Change my mind.

Overall, it seems like a decent project but maybe not a steal deal, especially if livability and community vibe are your top priorities. If daily livability is key, I'd strongly recommend visiting during peak hours to check traffic, noise levels, and how crowded the common amenities actually get. Also, compare maintenance charges carefully with other completed projects. What did you finally decide, OP? Did you visit during different times of the day?
Noida market mein ab bohot options hain. ₹78L mein aapko Ajayabpur ya Alistonia Estate mein bhi projects milenge jo thode developed hain aur connectivity bhi improve ho rahi hai. Apex Aura ka location abhi bhi evolving hai, so resale value aur future appreciation ka bhi sochna padega. Current market mein buyers are very particular about infrastructure and immediate livability.
₹78L is my absolute max budget for a 3BHK. Is it really worth stretching for this, or should I consider a 2BHK in a more established locality? Daily commute to Noida Sector 18 is a big factor for me, and I worry about traffic from this area.
I visited Apex Aura last month, and my take is mixed. The finishing inside the flats was decent, but the common areas and entry/exit points felt a bit congested, especially considering the 1684 units. RERA number UPRERAPRJ7084 is legit, and it is completed, but for that price range (₹78L – ₹1.5 Cr), I expected more spaciousness. The vibe felt more like a dense urban block than a community.
Mera friend Alpha I Greater Noida mein dekh raha tha, same budget mein thoda better space aur connectivity mil rahi thi. Apex Aura ka vibe use bhi thoda congested laga tha.
Jitna maine suna hai, possession mostly time pe hi mila tha initial buyers ko. But after-sales support aur common area maintenance ko lekar kuch complaints hain. Builder response thoda slow hai.
Possession kab mila aapko? Builder delivery on time thi kya?
Totally agree with the post! I've been looking at Apex Aura too, but ₹78L+ for a 3BHK seems a lot just for 'amenities'. Daily commute, local shops, and society ka actual feel is more important. Are the amenities even fully functional given it's completed?
Sahi keh rahe ho, ₹78L mein better options hain.
Exactly! Amenities toh dikhane ke liye hote hain, maintenance bhi toh dena padta hai. Bahut tension hai yaar.
