The hype around Apex Court's amenities feels a bit much honestly. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, price around 50L. On paper, pool, gym sab kuch hai. But real life mein kitna useful hai? Yaar, neighborhood kaisa hai, especially for daily needs? Schools, hospitals nearby? And what about the actual community vibe? Meri pehli property hai, so I'm super confused. Maintenance charges bhi kya lagte hain wahan pe? Koi resident hai toh batao please.
