Hey everyone, I'm eyeing a resale unit in Apex Florus. Possession date toh 2018 ki hai (March 1st, to be precise, as per RERA UPRERAPRJ12733 data), so it's a well-established society. Price range is ₹1.8 Cr – ₹3.3 Cr for the 240 units. But I keep hearing about the maintenance charges, they feel quite high. My main question for existing owners or those who know: do people actually use the club facilities daily to justify the cost? And does good security and premium amenities truly
