Been living in Apex Florus since March, aur ab lag raha hai ki kuch cheezein pehle pata hoti toh better rehta. Society mein amenities dikhane mein toh sab badhiya tha, but actual mein kitne kaam aate hain? Kids play area theek hai, par clubhouse kaafi under-utilized lagta hai. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain for what we get. Kya sabka experience aisa hi hai?

Yaar, totally agree with your point about under-utilized amenities. Hum bhi ek project dekh rahe the near Ahinsa Khand II, wahan bhi clubhouse aur gym kaafi fancy dikha rahe the but lagta nahi ki log use karte honge. Maintenance charges toh har jagah ka headache hai. Kya aapne booking se pehle maintenance cost verify nahi kiya tha?
