Apex Golf Avenue: My first investment dilemma
Did a site visit to Apex Buildcon Golf Avenue last weekend in Noida Extension. Project completed hai, location bhi sahi lag rahi hai. I'm looking at it purely from an investment perspective, my first property hai, so thoda nervous bhi hoon. Current price range ₹1.09 Cr–₹2.49 Cr hai. Kya kisi ko idea hai is project ka capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since launch? Matlab, kitna upside expect kar sakte hain from here, especially with the current market scenario? Also, rental yield ka kya scene hai? Koi tenant hai ya yahan se rent mil raha hai for a 2BHK or 3BHK? And resale market kitna liquid hai for a completed project like this? I heard investor ratio high hai, is that true? Thoda concerned hoon ghost society risk se and future exit strategy. Koi advice ya experience share kar sakta hai toh please batao, should I go for it?
