Apex Golf Avenue — things nobody told me!

Honestly, under-construction risk is completely overblown *until* it hits you. Just got possession in March at Apex Golf Avenue, Sector 113. Brochure mein toh they showed the moon, but reality is different. I was promised OC in Dec, got it in March. 3 months delay, fine, I can live with that. But the PLC charges! They were hidden, yaar! Paid almost 2 lakh extra. Things nobody told me. Maintenance charges are also a lot higher than quoted. My EMI vs rent calculation is totally screwed now. Is it worth fighting this? Anyone else faced similar issues in Apex projects? Kya karu mein?
