Apex Golf Valley vs Adarsh: Is posh worth it?

Already have a home loan, currently in a 2BHK. Thinking of upgrading but is the price jump worth it? Apex Golf Valley is tempting, but the price compared to Adarsh Group Hindon Vihar... huge difference. Is the carpet area really that much better in Apex to justify almost double the cost? Not sure about possession status either. Anyone have experience with both? Is the extra space actually usable or just fancy brochure stuff?
