Visited Pankaj Homes Ansal Esencia and Apna Ghar Sunehra Apartment last week. Fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge. Ansal Esencia ka carpet area theek laga but total cost of ownership including PLC and maintenance kitna padega? Apna Ghar ke builder ka track record kaisa hai? Not sure if their quoted price covers everything. Real advice chahiye.

Been looking for a Mohali flat since months now. I'm in real estate but buying for myself is totally different. Vohra Estate 13 is ready, but what's the actual total cost of ownership after stamp duty and interiors? Apna Ghar Sunehra Apartment ka status 'null' dikha raha hai. Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely possession? Not sure if the risk of under-construction is worth it for potential savings. Koi insight de sakta hai?
