AR ARB Gateway ka capital appreciation post-completion, not sure if it's great. I'm in Dubai, eyeing this ₹1.14 Cr flat. What's the realistic rental yield? Resale market kitna liquid hai for investors? Managing remotely via POA... is that a smooth process for someone like me?

Bhai, pehli baat toh 'COMPLETED' project aur 2025 possession date, yeh thoda fishy lag raha hai. Aur RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' likha hai? That's a huge red flag for any first-time buyer, especially for an NRI investor. ₹1.14 Cr is a lot of money to put into something without RERA protection. Liquidity toh door ki baat hai, pehle builder ki credibility check karo. Remote management without RERA is a nightmare waiting to happen, trust me.
