AR Panchsheel Park 2: Quality of life first

My current big house is getting too much to manage now that kids have moved out. Planning to sell and move to a smaller 2 or 3 BHK. AR Panchsheel Park Phase 2 Ghaziabad mein dekh rahe hain. Is it genuinely good to live daily, ya sirf brochure mein achha lagta hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Peaceful jagah chahiye, jahan neighbours se interaction ho. Hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? Maintenance charges bhi jaan-na hai. Not sure if it's the right move.

AR Panchsheel Park 2? Bhai, price range suna hai ₹1.1 Cr – ₹2.2 Cr. For a first-time buyer like me, it sounds a bit steep for Ghaziabad, especially with ongoing status. Kya lagta hai, value for money hai ya overhyped?

Totally agree. Mere dost ne Ahinsa Khand mein liya tha 2 saal pehle, us time bhi itna expensive nahi tha. Ghaziabad mein itna paisa daalna worth it
