Aradhyam Spa City: Amenities, Vibe, and Space reality check

Just moved into Aradhyam Spa City Phase 1 a couple of months back, and honestly, thoda confused hoon. Brochure mein amenities list lambi thi, but actual mein kitne useful hain? Like the gym ya swimming pool, are they well-maintained and actually usable, ya bas show-off ke liye? Also, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Neighbors friendly hain kya, kids ke liye play area sahi hai? Aur apartment ka layout, carpet area wise, doesn't it feel a bit compact for the price point? Matlab, efficiency kaisi hai? Koi first-hand experience share kar sakta hai?
