Mere ek friend ne recently DLF Magnolias mein resale dekha tha, similar price bracket. They said buyer pool is extremely thin. It took almost a year for a decent offer. Aralias might be older, but the challenge is the same. Airport Road ke paas ke projects mein bhi yahi haal hai ultra-luxury ka, buyers are wary of older properties at such high prices.
Aralias 2008 ka completed project hai, so RERA is not applicable. This means you need extra due diligence for legal clarity. Investor-end user ratio ka pata karna mushkil hai, but 252 units mein se kaafi log toh settle ho gaye honge.
