Aralias layouts are overrated for daily use

After years of renting in Gurgaon, I'm genuinely fed up. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. Ab finally Aralias mein ghar lene ka soch raha hoon. It's a huge investment, obviously. But is it actually good for daily living? Not just paper pe. Aur wahan ka community vibe kaisa hai? Log kaise hain, friendly hain ya isolated? Floor plan aur carpet area efficient hai kya, ya sirf show-off?
