Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or independent floor. Looking at DLF The Aralias and Suncity Vatsal Valley. The price difference is massive, like 30 Cr vs 1 Cr. Is that premium in Aralias truly worth it? I'm wondering about the actual price per sqft paid after all charges, not just the advertised rate. For amenities, are Aralias's facilities genuinely used daily, or are they just for brochure appeal? What about maintenance charges in both? Honestly not sure if the huge jump for Aralias is justified for a family. Any experiences with either?
