Are 3BHKs near new infra still affordable in Greater Noida?

Honestly, I'm kinda lost trying to figure out the Greater Noida property scene right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 115, and we're thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Already have a home loan, so EMI ka scene hai. With all this talk about Jewar Airport and Aqua Line extensions, prices seem to be shooting up. I'm wondering, which areas will actually benefit the most from these infra projects? Like, Noida Extension ya Yamuna Expressway ke paas, are there still affordable 3BHK options? Ya phir, is the price jump for a bigger place even worth it with the current market? Any experiences ya advice on investment windows near these new corridors would be super helpful. Not sure if it's the right time to jump in, tbh.
