I'll be honest, finding a smaller, low-maintenance flat in Gurugram after selling our big house is tough. Kids are out, so we don't need much space. I'm eyeing areas like Sector 37D near Dwarka Expressway. Will its completion and Global City's arrival make affordable options disappear? What's the real ground reality for prices there?

Totally relate, bhai! Hum bhi similar situation mein hain. Kids settled, ab bas ek chota, easy-to-maintain ghar chahiye. Dwarka Expressway ka potential toh sab bolte hain, but darr lagta hai ki jab tak hum decide karenge, sab prices skyrocket ho chuke honge. Sahi mein, kya ground reality hai wahan?
