Are Ajnara Homes amenities just for show?
Okay I'll say what no one says. Just got possession of my 2BHK at Ajnara Homes a few months back. Brochure mein toh sab world-class lagta hai, right? But the actual amenities delivered? Half-baked. That 'premium' clubhouse is barely used, sports facilities are just okay. Builders promise the moon for higher pricing, but real life mein, it's a letdown. Is this really worth the premium? ROI pe fark padta hai for sure. Disagree? Change my mind.

Just trying to understand the full picture before I commit.
U2, for that price range, you could actually find better options in Alpha I Greater Noida with ready-to-move societies that have established amenities. Don't fall for the 'future development' promises. Always visit the site and check the actual condition, not just the sample flat.
U2, worth toh definitely nahi hai. I bought a unit at ₹80L, thinking the amenities would justify it. RERA site pe complaints toh hain, mostly about maintenance and delays, but specifically amenities ka detail mein nahi milta. Builders are smart, they word things ambiguously in the agreement. Just 'provision for X, Y, Z'. So technically they *provided* it, just not in the quality promised. Be very careful with any project that boasts too much about 'world-class' stuff without showing actual completed pictures.
Totally agree with you, bhai! Ajnara Homes ka brochure dekh ke lagta tha ki kya hi deal mil gayi. But actual mein, the gym equipment is old, swimming pool maintenance is a joke, aur kids play area toh bas naam ka hai. We moved in last year aur abhi tak lagta hai ki extra maintenance fees kis cheez ke liye dete hain. Mere friends ne bhi yahi experience share kiya hai with other builders in Alpha II Greater Noida. Yeh amenities sirf booking ke time buyer ko attract karne ke liye hoti hain, baad mein koi care nahi karta.
True that! My friend in Ajayabpur also faced similar issues with their society gym. It's a scam.
Exactly! My cousin lives there and says the same. They promised a multi-purpose court but it's just a cracked concrete patch now. It's like they finish construction and then forget about the promises. What's the point of paying for amenities that don't deliver?
