Are Ajnara's projects REALLY worth the risk?

Ajnara's prices are tempting, I admit. But what about possession? From my experience, delays with them are almost guaranteed. Supertech's situation scares me, tbh. If you're looking at ROI, maybe Paras Seasons is safer, but the initial investment is higher. Calculated risk, right? Everyone glorifies the lower prices, but nobody talks about the stress of endless delays. Change my mind. Is it worth the headache for potentially higher returns later? Disagree? Tell me why.
