People always talk about clubhouses and pools, but ignore the real daily grind. My kids are grown, so I'm looking to sell our big house and move into something manageable in Hyderabad. Just want a good, quiet society, you know? What no one tells you is to really dig into elevator quality and maintenance. Not just 'are there elevators?' but what's their service contract like? Are they always breaking down at Sattva Lake Ridge? I heard some societies have terrible response times. Same goes for water supply – is it municipal or tanker dependent? That's a huge daily hassle for an older couple. These small things make a big difference when you're not running around all day. Any tips on checking these practical aspects before buying?
