Are Bengaluru property prices sustainable into 2026?

Honestly, I'm already questioning if I made the right move. Just got possession of my 2BHK in Whitefield last month, paid a decent chunk. Back then, everyone said prices would keep climbing. But seeing new project launches now, especially around Sarjapur Road, they seem insane. Are we actually heading for a correction in 2026? I'm worried about overpaying. What's the community's take on the sustainability of prices in areas like Whitefield or Bellandur? Feels like some pockets are just too inflated right now. Should I be concerned?
