The real cost of owning property in Bengaluru isn't just the EMI, it's the never-ending maintenance charges. I'm finally fed up of renting, planning to invest in Casagrand Zaiden. But I'm really worried about maintenance charges vs. actual service quality after a year or two. Builder initial promises are always great, but baad mein service degrade ho jaati hai. Especially water supply, is it reliable ya phir tanker dependency badh jaati hai? Also, green areas dikhane ke liye hote hain ya actually well-maintained rehte hain?
