Just moved into my 3BHK in Manimajra last month, and honestly, the whole buying process was a nightmare. Everyone glorifies using a broker for property in Chandigarh, saying they get you better deals and handle everything. But yaar, I'm telling you, it's a myth. My broker didn't get me any special spot discount from Raheja Universal; in fact, I think he was just pushing projects where he got higher commission. Directly baat karo builder se, they have more flexibility sometimes. Brokers just add another layer and often inflate prices to justify their cut. We paid almost ₹1.8 Cr for our 3BHK, and I still feel like I could've negotiated better without him. Should've gone direct. Change my mind.

Yaar, post padh ke toh darr hi lag raha hai. Hum bhi Manimajra mein 2BHK dekh rahe hain aur broker ke through hi chal rahe the. Ab lag raha hai seedha builder se baat karni chahiye thi. Mera broker toh sirf ek hi project ke peeche pada hai, jabki aur bhi options hain. Lekin builders tak pahunchenge kaise bina broker ke? Unke sales offices ka pata kaise chalega, aur kya woh first-time buyers ko seriously lete hain?
U
