Honestly, I always went direct. But my recent 3BHK investment in Achchheja, a broker got me a better deal than Reputed Builder's team. Unadvertised spot discounts, flexible payment plans... especially near Hindon Airport, brokers have intel on price corrections. Is this the new normal for Ghaziabad properties?

Yaar, I was just thinking about this! My friend also said a broker got him a fantastic deal in Ahinsa Khand 1. Direct builder deals always seemed so fixed. Is it really true that brokers have more pull now? I'm looking for a 2BHK near Hindon Airport too, budget is tight.
Totally agree with your point! I went to a builder for a project in Afzalpur and they were so rigid. The broker I spoke to later showed me some options with better payment terms. It's like builders keep the best for
