Greater Noida mein total acquisition cost ka calculation kitna fluctuate hota hai? I'm eyeing a 3BHK around Goyal Colony, maybe a resale or Vascoda Housing project. Property price toh ek part hai, but yeh PLC, floor-rise, fir utility connection aur possession ke time ke 'hidden' charges, they really add up. Property price dikha kuch aur hai, aur jab final calculation aata hai toh aankhein khuli reh jaati hain. Especially, ready-to-move mein bhi itna jhol kyun hota hai? Lagta hai builder bas paisa banana chahta hai.
