Are builder payment plans manageable for 3BHK in Dwarka?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab builder ke payment plans ne sar dard kar diya hai. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Dwarka, maybe a Godrej or DLF project. I work in real estate, I know what builders don't tell you, but buying for myself is different. Yeh construction-linked plans, yaar, they just drain you. Har 3-4 mahine mein ek big chunk. Matlab, cash flow ka band baj jaata hai. It's like a never-ending EMI even before possession. Ready-to-move mein price premium hai, that's fine, but under-construction projects mein yeh payment trap bohot real hai. RERA ke baad bhi delays hote hain, aur aap toh EMI aur rent dono de rahe ho. Kisi ne recently koi project liya hai jahan payment schedule manageable tha? Especially for a 3BHK around ₹2.5 Cr in areas like Saket or Dwarka. I'm honestly not sure if the 'early bird discount' is worth this headache. What did you guys do to manage these payments?
