Are construction-linked payment plans actually better for investors in Gurugram? I'm looking at a 3BHK around South City II, maybe a Vatika project, and the builder is really pushing CLP. Mera budget ₹2.5 Cr tak hai, so every rupee matters. Log bolte hain secondary market mein deals better milti hain, negotiation ka scope zyada hota hai, especially for capital appreciation. Is it true, ya builders new projects mein bhi kuch adjust karte hain for bulk payments? Also, Gurugram mein abhi bhi koi areas hain jahan underpriced properties mil sakti hain for good ROI? Not sure if Dwarka Expressway ke sectors already over-priced ho gaye hain ya abhi bhi potential hai. Total cost mein PLC, OC sab mila ke kitna upar chala jaata hai price, any idea? Thoda confused hoon kya approach karoon for maximum value.
